If you want to return your order or a part of your order because you have decided otherwise, please use the cancellation policy: You can cancel your purchase contract within 14 days after your package has arrived.

Please note that already opened products are excluded from return.

For the returned items you will receive a chargeback of the amount. The credit entry will be posted within 14 days. Chargebacks are only possible to the account from which the payment was made. If you paid by credit card, you can take the credit from your next monthly credit card statement. You have to bear the direct costs of the return.

If you wish to return an order that included a gift, please return the gift to us as well. If you only want to return one or more items and the amount falls below the limit for which there would have been a gift, please also return the gift to us.

If you want to return a product from a bundle, you must return all products.

If you have received a faulty delivery from us, we will of course cover the return costs and you will receive a return label from us. In this case please contact our More customer service team quoting the order number.
