You can change most of the information in the customer account itself. However, this only affects future orders. You can also add alternative addresses there.
The song addresses for orders that have already been placed can only be changed by our Customer Service Team - depending on the status of the order (only as long as the order is not yet being processed).
Changing the email address is currently only possible via Customer Service. The customer service team will change the address for you, you will have to confirm that you are the account owner of the changed email address via a confirmation email.
