Your More order is transferred directly to our warehouse management software after the payment process is completed and therefore cannot be changed for the most part. So we can't change package sizes or add products for you.
Change of delivery address
Changing the billing/delivery address is possible - depending on the shipping status. Please use the corresponding contact reason in the contact form for this, then our support team can sort this correctly and thus process it as quickly as possible.
An order is, if it is already in the packing or shipping process, unfortunately absolutely no longer changeable.
However, if your package has been handed over to DHL, you have the option in the DHL app or via the shipment tracking page to leave an alternative delivery address, a neighbor or a Packstation (click here).
If this does not work and the package cannot be delivered, it will automatically be returned to us. As soon as you see the return initiated via the tracking number, contact our customer service. If you are already in contact with an employee, please reply to the existing request and do not submit a new one. This is for better clarity and the team can help you faster.
Cancellation/ partial cancellation
A full or partial cancellation is - depending on the shipping status - also possible. Please use the appropriate contact reason in the contact form, then our support team can sort it correctly and thus process it as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, an order can no longer be cancelled if it is already in the packing or shipping process.
In this case, if you no longer want the products or order, please do not accept the order upon delivery, then it will be automatically returned to us and you will then receive a refund on the payment method you used.
