Friends recruit friends - what exactly is that?

Under the motto MORE Friends MORE Benefits, customers who have placed at least one order with a total value of more than €50 have the opportunity to refer a friend.After a short check, this friend will then receive a box with various samples of our most popular products to save sugar. Your friend will only pay the shipping costs of €4.90.

Your benefit: In return, you get to choose a free 250gr can of Chunky Flavour of your choice.

How can I participate?

Then you will find a step-by-step guide on how to create your personal invitation link and invite up to three friends and get your free Chunky Flavour:

Your friend creates a customer account via your link, so the sample box worth over 20 € is automatically stored in the shopping cart.

The invitation link is valid for 30 days and expires afterwards (note: in this period the order of the sample box must be completed). We put a voucher for a Chunky Flavour (250gr) of your choice in your customer account, which you can redeem after 14 days. This is redeemable for three years.

What do we do in the background?

As already mentioned, your friend's invitation goes through a small check with us as a fraud prevention measure. The prerequisite for this action is that the person is really a new customer and that you do not live in the same household. Our system automatically checks if there is already an order in our system under the given name and/or e-mail address or if there is an overlap in the address. If this is the case, a member of our service team will check it again manually and contact you by mail if necessary. Our goal with this campaign is to give new customers the opportunity to discover how easy and delicious it is to save sugar with More. This means that the free sample box must be cancelled if the system finds one or more orders placed by your friend in the past or if your address matches.

So it's best to check beforehand if he or she really hasn't ordered from More yet and then nothing will stand in the way of your free Chunky Flavour.

After your friend has ordered the sample box, it has been shipped and the 14-day cancellation period has expired, we will place a voucher for a Chunky Flavour of your choice in your customer account. This is redeemable for three years.

I have referred a friend and have not received a voucher yet, what could be the reason?

Sometimes it takes a while until you receive your voucher for your free Chunky Flavour. This is because all sample boxes are checked by us in advance and then approved for shipment. As soon as your friend's sample box is shipped and the 14 days cancellation period for the order has passed, you can find a code for your free Chunky Flavour in the friends section of your account. If the order was placed some time ago and you can't find your friend in your list, please contact our support team.
In the friends section you can check if your friend has already registered, ordered or has not fulfilled the conditions.

What are the different definitions from the invitation overview?

• Ordered = the referrer has ordered a sample box
• Redeemed = the referrer has ordered a Chunky for this purpose
• Expired = the code to redeem the sample box has expired
• Rejected = the recruited person has violated the conditions of participation

What conditions must my boyfriend/ girlfriend fulfill so that he/ she can order the sample box?

• New customer (no order has been placed with this name and/or email yet).
• You do not live in the same household

Does my referred friend have to pay shipping costs for the sample box?
