I have referred a friend and am wondering how I get my own €15 voucher?

What conditions must my friend fulfil in order to receive the €15 voucher?

Your friend must be a new customer (no order has yet been placed with us under this name and/or email address).

How long do I have to redeem the voucher?

The voucher for the referrer is valid for three months and for the new customer for 30 days.

What is the maximum number of friends I can refer?

A referrer cannot receive more than 5 rewards within 24 hours, 25 rewards within the last 12 months, or £1,500 worth of rewards per calendar year. A referrer cannot assume that their referred friends will automatically receive rewards if they refer more than 10 friends within 24 hours.

Can I redeem several vouchers in one order?

The €15 is a bonus. Although it is a means of payment in the form of a voucher, it is a one-off discount per order. As stored in our store system, only one bonus can be redeemed per purchase and cannot be combined further.
