General
What makes vegan protein powder so special?
- Intense taste
- Very good solubility
- High protein content
With our vegan protein powder, you get high-quality protein powder without compromises, even without milk protein. Thanks to the high quality of the ingredients and selected plant-based protein sources, our powder not only offers an optimal supply of all amino acids, but also plenty of protein and very good solubility. Depending on the variety, we use different plant-based protein sources to provide you with an optimal supply of protein and amino acids: valuable soy protein, but also pea, pumpkin seed and sunflower protein, for example (you will find a table "Which varieties already have the new soy base?" at the bottom of the FAQ).
You can find all further information about proteins in our article:
"Proteins - everything you need to know to meet your protein needs"
Important: Food supplements are only ever a supplement to a balanced and healthy diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Is it true that soy protein can cause allergies/cross-allergies and alter, increase or block estrogen levels?
Soy based proteins are not inherently allergenic among people who do not have an already established soy allergy. Soy allergies are quite uncommon in the general population. In fact, the prevalence of soy allergies ranges from ~0.0%-0.05%.
While there are some reports in case-studies in the literature, the evidence in totality suggests that consuming a modest amount of soy protein (1-2 servings a day) does not have any meaningful effect on estrogen levels among men or women. Generally speaking it requires very high intakes of soy with high concentrations of isoflavones to alter estrogen levels.
Is the More Vegan Protein in Hazelnut-Nougat Praliné flavour gluten-free? There is flavour ‘wheat’ in the ingredients.
The product is gluten-free. The wheat flavour contains gluten-free wheat.
Why are there white grains in More Vegan Protein?
The white grains are our plant-based creamer, which ensures that More Vegan is creamy without animal milk. The creamer dissolves completely on contact with water or milk.
Why does the More Vegan Protein clump together? It does not dissolve properly.
Vegetable protein sources often have a slightly floury consistency due to their natural nature. They do not dissolve as quickly and completely as non-vegetable protein sources. This is a normal and characteristic difference.
