Product Vouchers/ Support Centre Codes

Vouchers that you have received from Customer Support for a specific product must be redeemed separately. The Support Center codes are valid for 3 months.

And this is how it works:

1. first log in to your customer account

Please note: your code is personalized to the e-mail address to which you received it. The code can only be redeemed in the corresponding customer account.

2. click on "Support Center" in the next step

3. enter your personalised 16-digit code (it's best to copy it from the email and paste it in the box to avoid typing errors)

4. then click on the "redeem" button

5. select the product and confirm with the button "add to shopping cart

6. your replacement product will then be added to your shopping cart - you can check this by clicking on the shopping cart button

7. before finalising your order, please check again whether the replacement product is listed free of charge

Discount, influencer and promotion codes

You can redeem discount, influencer and promotion codes directly in the shopping basket during the order process by clicking on the "Activate" button. The corresponding discount will be calculated immediately.

Vouchers and gift vouchers

Vouchers (vouchers for a certain amount of Euros) are to be considered as another payment method. You will usually receive these in a separate email from customer service as compensation for problems with a previous delivery.

Gift vouchers (also vouchers for a certain amount of Euros) can be purchased on the homepage. If you have received such a gift voucher for your birthday or similar, we will show you how to redeem it in the next step.

You enter the code for value vouchers and gift vouchers in the checkout - not directly in the shopping basket. This code is also compatible with discount, influencer and promotion codes.
