If you paid with PayPal Express, Apple Pay or Google Pay, then this note will most likely help you find your order.
Maybe you made a typo when entering your email address. In our experience, this is a very common reason why there are problems with the order confirmation.
If these tips have not helped you yet, you have the possibility to contact our customer service. Please include your order number in your request. The order confirmation can be resent to the email address you entered when you placed your order, or you can find out why you did not receive an order confirmation. If you do not have the order number at hand, please enter the full name and e-mail address with which the order was placed. Furthermore, for example, the invoice number from PayPal is also helpful.
