We are often asked whether Swiss customers have to pay German or Swiss VAT.
If you order from us as a private customer from Switzerland, you will receive an invoice with Swiss VAT.
Note: When shipping to non-EU countries, your order may incur additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) that are not paid by us or invoiced by us, but must be paid by you directly to the relevant customs or tax authorities. You can find out the details from the relevant authorities.
